1. Agreement

By using operatoros.shop, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Products

We sell digital products (Notion templates, AI prompt systems, business playbooks). Each is delivered as an instant download upon purchase. Print-on-demand merch is fulfilled by Printful and ships within 3-5 business days.

3. Digital product license

When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files with others. Customizing the templates for your own use is encouraged.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. Prices are in USD. You will be charged at checkout.

5. Refunds

6. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including templates, copy, and graphics, is owned by Operator OS. You may not copy or reproduce it without permission, except for use under the license described in section 3.

7. Disclaimers

Operator OS products are educational tools. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Results depend on your own implementation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Operator OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the products.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted at the top with a new date.
