Refund Policy

Digital products

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on all digital products. If a template, prompt pack, or playbook isn't working for you, email chris@coulterrecruiting.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number, and we'll refund in full.

After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Print-on-demand merch

Print-on-demand items (mugs, posters, desk mats) are custom-made for you. We can't refund for buyer's remorse, but we will replace any item that arrives damaged or defective. Email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Bundles

If you bought a bundle and want to keep some items but refund others, that's fine — we'll refund the unwanted portion at a prorated rate.

How to request

Email chris@coulterrecruiting.com with your order number and reason. We'll process within 3-5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
