How do I get my product after I buy?

Digital products are delivered instantly. After checkout you'll get an email with download links within 5 minutes. Check spam if you don't see it.

Do I need Notion to use these?

For the Notion templates (Solopreneur OS, Content Engine), yes. Notion has a generous free plan that works fine. For prompt packs and playbooks, you can use any AI model (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and any doc tool.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — 14-day no-questions refund on digital products. Email chris@coulterrecruiting.com with your order number.

Do you offer customizations or custom work?

Not currently. Templates are sold as-is. We're focused on making them excellent for the most people.

Do the templates come with updates?

Yes — free lifetime updates. When we improve a product, you get the new version free. We'll email you when there's a meaningful update.

Can I share the templates with my team or clients?

Templates are licensed for personal use in your own business. You can install them in your team's Notion workspace if you're the operator. You can't redistribute them to clients as separate products. If your client wants their own copy, they can buy their own.

Is the AI Operator Pack just a Notion page of prompts?

It's a Notion database with 200+ prompts, organized by category (sales, marketing, ops, finance, client work, strategy). You filter, search, and copy in two clicks. It's not a static PDF.

What's the difference between the products?

The Solopreneur OS is the foundation — your CRM, project tracker, finance, and content pipeline in one workspace. The AI Operator Pack is the prompt library you use inside that workspace. The Content Engine, Cold Outreach System, and Client Onboarding Kit are specific playbooks for specific jobs. The Starter Pack bundles the three most-used together at a discount.
