Digital products (Notion templates, prompt packs, playbooks, bundles) ship instantly. After checkout, you'll receive an email with your download link within 5 minutes. No physical shipping is required. If you don't see the email, check spam, then email chris@coulterrecruiting.com.
Print-on-demand merch
POD items (when available) are printed and shipped on demand by Printful from the nearest fulfillment center.
- Production time: 2-5 business days
- Shipping (US): 3-5 business days after production
- Shipping (international): 10-20 business days
You'll receive tracking once your order ships.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email chris@coulterrecruiting.com with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
